1.   When you exposed copper (as an ion in solution) to a flame, what color did you see? ______________________

4.   Why is the Bright Line Spectrum unique to each element?

c.  It represents the movement of electrons in the element/atom (with each element having a different number of lines/electrons moving)
d.  It is not unique to each element.

5. In the Bright Line Spectra, what does the "black color" mean in between the colored lines you "see".
