Stationary Stretches - On Ground
Stationary Stretches - Standing Up

Moving Stretches

Strength/plyo Exercises
Standing (30sec with 15sec rest, 2 complete cycles, 1min rest between cycle)

Sitting (30sec with 15sec rest, 2 complete cycles, 1min rest between cycle)
