To convert teperatures from Celsius to Kelvin, you add 273 to the Celsius temperature. ºC + 273 = K

For example, a temperature of 30º Celsius corresponds to 303 K. (30ºC + 273 = 303K)

To convert temperatures from Kelvin to Celsius, you subtract 273 from the Kelvin temperature. K - 273 = ºC

For example, a temperature of 450 Kelvins corresponds to 177ºC. (450 K - 273 = 177ºC)
