1) Last year the line-ups for both boys and girls were done jointly. This year, we split the duties for meet line-up between myself and Coach Taylor, I took the girls line-up for all events and Coach Taylor prepared boys line-up.
2) Developed several form (including split forms and line-up forms) so that our manager could help athletes know which events they ran (she looked at a line-up sheet I made up before hand). This freed me up to do keep track of split times for the running events.
Team needs and wants for 2010 - 2011 Season
If we keep same school start and finish time, would like to have practice two days a week before school for field events.
