You will be making bath bombs using the recipe and directions from [Instructables Making bath bomb with Epsom salt and Corn starch].

Pre-lab Stoichiometry calculation

The above recipe calls for 8 dry ounces (1 dry ounce = 28.35g, equals 227g) of Baking soda to be added to 4 ounces of citric acid (114g). If you uses your balanced chemical reaction from 2022 CP Making Carbonate Drink lab (write here):

Problems: Determine how many grams of baking soda you need to completely react all the citric acid if you start with 114g.

















Question: Using your calculation and the information of the mass of Baking soda from the recipe, is the baking soda or citric acid going to be the Limiting reactant/reagent. Explain why including numbers from your above calculations and recipe.
