Here is Questions on Light as a Particle and Wave Characteristics (Non-math).
1) Wavelength (λ) is the distance between crests (m or nm) and frequency (f) is the number of wave that goes by a point in a given period of time, usually 1 sec (1 1/s = 1 Hz).

8) Directly, E = h*f where E = energy J, f = frequency (Hz) and (Planck's constant) h = 6.60E-34 J/Hz?
9) E is indirectly proportional to λ.
10) Violet since it has the lowest λ (for colors) therefore it must container the largest energy packet size. Conversely, red color would have the lowest energy packet size (of colors).
