In this chapter or section on Mass and matter, there are several vocabulary words you will need to know.
Task: To go onto the Internet and find the definitions of the following words. I have separated out the vocabulary into section and added a few questions to answer, too.
- Remember, when you are searching the Internet, that your searches will give a large number of places (webpages) to potentially to go to. If the information looks to complicated (i.e. college level material/explanation) you may want to find another webpage.

- What is the purpose of scientific method? (i.e. why do people do it?)
