<nowiki>Objective/Purpose/Hypothesis</nowiki>: To cover your Table.

Remember: Your data/observations are determined from the scale on the measuring device.

Directions
1. Get into groups of 2 and obtain a measuring stick (that has both metric and English scale on it).
2. Go to your assigned table and measure the width using the metric side and record in the data table.
3. Turn the metric stick over and determine the width using the English side and record in the data table.
4. Repeat Step 2 & 3 for length and add to data table.
5. Get a sheet of Kraft paper from big roll and measure greater than your length (do not need to record measurement).
6. Using a pencil, trace/mark on paper the table's dimension (using the metric system measurements).
7. Then cut the paper along lines to get one sheet.
8. Tape the paper to the assigned table with Scotch tape.

Table Number: _____________

Data Table:

Length of table ( in cm ):
Length of table ( in inches) :

Width of table ( in cm ) :
Width of table ( in inches ):
