Each person is going to take one of the following calculations (one person=one letter) to be completed for the start of the next class.<br> <br> Calculate the mass (in grams) you will need to mass out to get the following:<br> a. 7.409E21 f.u. sodium chloride<br> b. 3.83E22 molecules C<sub>64</sub>H<sub>128</sub>O<sub>2</sub><br> *(chocolate is accurately a mixture where the main ingredient is cocoa. They believe cocoa is made up of thembroma oil, which they believe the chemical formula of this oil is C<sub>64</sub>H<sub>128</sub>O<sub>2</sub>, so that is what we are using here)<br> c. 7.90E23 molecules C<sub>12</sub>H<sub>22</sub>O<sub>11</sub> (sucrose or table sugar)<br> d. 1.54E23 molecules C<sub>18</sub>H<sub>34</sub>O<sub>2</sub><br> *(margarine is also a mixture where one type of margarine, the main ingredient is oleic acid,C<sub>18</sub>H<sub>34</sub>O<sub>2</sub>, which we will assume is margarine).<br>
