<center><b>Strong Acid and Weak Acid Mini-Lab</b></center><br> <br> <b>Directions</b><br> <br> 1. Obtain a 100ml beaker and add 30ml of a 0.100M HCl solution to it. <br> <br> 2. Using either pH paper, a handheld pH meter or a pH probe (for a computer based pH meter), determine the pH of the solution.<br> <br> 3. Do the same for a 0.100M acetic acid (HC<sub>2</sub>H<sub>3</sub>O<sub>2</sub> or HAc). Please remember to either rinse with DI water the handheld pH meter & pH probe or use a new piece of pH paper for each solution. <br> <br> 4.
