Remember, the heat of reaction, deltaH_rxn = deltaH(products) - deltaH(reactants) (see AP cheatsheet).

where deltaH(product)=sum of (coefficent moles of product)(standard heat of formation of product)for each product
where deltaH(reactant)=sum of (coefficent moles of reactant)(standard heat of formation of reactants)for each rectants

The standard heat of formation, deltaH_f^o, you find in a book and all elements in the phase they exist at 25degrees & 1atm is zero.
