Given on Test today for Day 1 of Section, HW:
- Print out or review new Objective sheet, Objectives of Chemical Reactions and Redox Reaction (will not be doing item#5, Application of Redox Rxn due to time constraint from snow days)
- Print out / hand out, Iron and Copper (II) chloride lab, learner read and be ready for pre-lab notes
- Have learner print out or hand out for inclass use, Limiting Reactant Demo

Day 1:

Limiting Reactant Problems
- Link includes in class task for explaining Limiting Reactant problems
- With time left in class, pre-lab Iron and Copper (II) chloride lab (will hand out to students)

HW:

See Limiting Reactant Problems
Review information in Oxidation Number

Day 2:

Have them do lab (need to dry filter paper & product over night)
Explain Oxidation number

HW:

Try Oxidation Number HW (at least 1 or 2 but will need to do whole HW sometime), Answers to Oxidation Number HW
Work on Limiting Reactant problem (already figure out what is Limiting Reactant, now do rest of problem)
Review Oxidation Reduction Reactions (Redox Rxn)

Day 3

Have learner mass out dried filter/product
Handout lab questions, (Questions for Iron and Copper (II) chloride Dihydrate Lab)
- Tell learner's to hold off on percent yield, will dealt with it next class
Ask any questions about limiting reactant problems or Oxidation number
Go over Oxidation Reduction Reactions (Redox Rxn)

HW:

Oxidation Number HW and initial limiting reactant problem will be complete by next class
Try at least 1 problem in Redox Reaction HW
Read/watch Notes on Precent Yield, will use in lab

Day 4

Go over any work including precent yield problems

HW:

Have learner print out and read (be ready for pre-lab notes), Metal Reactivity (Redox) Lab
Review HW for this section

Day 5

Go over review HW
Do lab

HW:

Study for test
Review Objectives of Chemical Reactions and Redox Reaction
- Remember we will not be doing item#5, Application of Redox Rxn due to time constraint from snow days

Day 6

Test on Limiting Reactant and Redox Reactions

HW:

Have learner print out or review new objectives, Objectives of Kinetics
