Answer the following problems showing all appropriate work.


1) Determine how many grams of Dihydrogen monoxide (chemist name for water) you make if you react 79.1g of NH3 (called Ammonia). Assume there is sufficient amount of other reactants so you don't have to do Limiting Reactant problem.

 4 NH3(g)  + 6 NO(g) --> 5 N2(g)  + 6 H2O(g)


2) Determine how many gram of C6H14 (called Hexane) you need to make 61.3L of carbon dioxide (@STP)?

 2 C6H14 (l) + 19 O2(g)   ---> 12 C1O2(g)  + 14 H2O1(g)
