Procedures
1. Turn on Vernier machine and put in volt probes. (reading should start showing volts once probe is plugged in correctly.
2. In well plate add solution for anode into one well and the solution for the cathode in an adjacent well.
3. Add in the solid metal electrodes into each well.
4. Place one end of the "salt bridge" into each of the wells.
5. Clip the ends (alligator clip) of the voltage probe onto the electrodes.
6. Record the voltage reading in your lab notebook. If the voltage reading is negative, reverse the ends.
