Cheryl, I have not done this yet but was thinking about buying some clear bendable straws and have student fill with colored liquid (a manometer). Then they can lightly blow in them to show how manometer determine gas pressure. I know that what most likely will happen is that hey will blow all the water out of the straw and not understand any of it but it is the only thing I can think of.
