Ideal Gas Law Problem Set

Write here the Ideal Gas Law Equation:

Write Gas Constant here R =

Added: 1a6,38
Remember, SHOW MATH EQUATION AND VARIABLES FIRST

1. A gas occupies a volume of 445ml at a temperature of 125degC and has 3.25mole of the gas. What is the pressure of the gas (in atm)?

2. What is the volume of a container that holds 5.25moles of oxygen gas (O2) at a temperature of 215degC and a pressure of 567kPa?

3. What is the temperature (in K & degC) of a nitrogen gas (N2) inside a balloon that has a volume of 2.75L and a pressure of 235mmHg. The mass of the gas is 32.5grams. (Hint: can you change mass to another unit you need?)

Answer: 1)239atm 2) 37.6L 3)8.93K & -264degC (Sorry,these answers are not normal conditions)
