Microwave Fudge


Ingredients

2 cup sugar (449g=7.90E23 molecules)
1/8 teaspoon salt (0.720g = 7.40E21 f.u.)
3/4 cup milk
2 oz (2squares) unsweetened chocolate (59g = 3.83E22 molecules)
1/4 cup margarine(72g=1.54E22 molecules)
2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
in 3qt cassorole pan, stir together sugar, salt, & milk mixed well. Add unmelted choc., & marg. Cover & microwave on high for 6 minute until hot & bubbles. Stir well. Microwave at medium high 10-14 min uncovered. stir well every 5 min. When done , a few drops will form soft ball in cold water. Let stand until lukewarm. add vanilla & beat with spoon or mixer until mixture loses gloss. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts & stir quickly. Pour in buttered pan (8X4X3). stir in two spoonful of peanut butter & vanilla quickly & pour into buttered pan. Let cool.
