So to get all section back in sync, I will list homework for all sections. I have told you the specific homework for each section so this is just the general list of all sections homework. You will need to look at the homework you wrote down to see what is specific due next class. Once we get back into sync, then I will go back to writing specific homework for each group in this space.
Thus 9/8 or Fri 9/9 Due: either Mon 9/12 or Tues 9/13
- Will take a quiz either SI base units (Pg73 Table 3.1) in book or Metric conversion factors (again look in your specific notes on which one for next class)
- Read and take notes on bold words and concepts in Chapter 2 (about matter,etc). There was a handout I gave to you in class. If one of the bold water are on the handout, you can write the definition on the handout or in other notes.
- Do the following for this handout, [SI System Review] (if you did not get copy in class click and print out this:
- Go to Counting Significant figures section, do one or two examples
- Go to Multiplying and dividing section. In Problem 1 do one or two examples
- Go to Addition and Subtraction section, do one or two examples.
- I just want you to do one or two so that you can come into class next period and let me know if you get it or not. You will do the rest for the next night homework.
Tues 9/6 Due: Wed 9/8
- Start memorizing Table 3.1 Pg 73 (SI Base units except luminous intensity and electric current) and metric conversion table
Fri 9/2 Due: Tues 9/6
- Define all bold words in Chapter 1
- Get me the lab safety contact by Tues (make sure to answer questions, student and parent sign and date)
